This page describes the current information flows on ARC’s angkor.help website. It is practical website information, not a legal compliance certification.
Information collected through public inquiries
The general inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional organization, inquiry type, general message, and your consent. A submitted inquiry is saved for authorized ARC staff to review and reaches the staff inbox so ARC can respond or coordinate the next step.
This form is not an immigration application and does not create an appointment. Please do not include immigration documents, document images, Social Security numbers, A-numbers, dates of birth, or other sensitive identification in a general message.
Send a general inquiryAccount and portal information
If you sign in with Manus identity, the sign-in service supplies your name and email address to identify your account. In the client portal, you may choose to provide a phone number and language preference. The portal can also hold tasks you own, general messages, and local appointment requests connected with that account.
The public forms and portal are not places to upload immigration documents or sensitive IDs. Use the contact route ARC gives you for any case-specific document handling.
Cookies, preferences, and measurement
This site uses session and security cookies to support sign-in and protected areas. It may also remember a browser language preference. These functions are distinct from advertising or audience measurement.
ARC’s custom GA4 layer is consent-based and remains disabled until a real Google Measurement ID is configured. When it is active, it does not run in the admin, account, or portal areas, or on private invitation URLs; it does not track PII or free-text form content. You can reject optional measurement or withdraw that consent through the footer controls.
The consent choice applies to ARC’s custom GA4 layer. This site is hosted on a platform-managed runtime, and platform technical services or analytics may exist outside that custom toggle.
Outside services and links
Actual appointment bookings are handled by Google Calendar. Volunteer interest is collected through ARC’s Google Form. Donation QR codes open payment providers in the donor’s chosen payment app. Those providers, and any other third-party links, operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your choices and contact
ARC has not published a guaranteed retention period or automatic deletion process for these records. To request a correction or deletion, email ARC. Requests are handled subject to legal and operational obligations.
